Ingredients

Ice
2oz. Gin
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2 oz. Pioneer Spring Sparkling Water
1 Lemon Wedge to Garnish

 

Directions

  • Fill your glass with ice, and set in freezer.
  • Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover, and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into the chilled glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with lemon wedge.
