All products sold on this site are natural spring water beverages sourced from the Missouri River aquifer in Independence, Missouri. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product received. All sales are in US dollars (USD).

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing. Payment is processed securely through Square. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

5. Shipping

We ship to the contiguous United States only. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date your order is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Once your order is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be sent to your email. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Age Restriction

Our products are non-alcoholic beverages. There is no age restriction on purchasing Pioneer Spring Water products.
